Phillip Haydon Trial 2009

The Phillip Haydon Trial, first event in the Eden Springs Reliability Trials Championship Series 2009 was held on 2 May 2009. It is a day/night format of 2 laps of 113 kilometers and approximately 6 hours in total duration.

Juventus MCC had 9 riders entered, all of whom finished. They were Tyson Brown, Paul Collins, Garry Crane, Simon Hoff, Gareth Kelsey-Evans, Paul Porket, Dwayne Rumsey, Paul Rumsey and Jason Werner.

Almost perfect condition greeted the riders; recent rains had reduced the dust and made the paddocks loamy.
The usual assortment of rocks logs and bog holes claimed the unlucky few.

Provisional results are available at Motorcycling SA; in the A Grade results, Simon Hoff placed 8th, Gary Crane placed 11th and Paul Porket placed 15th.
